Indie MMO Spotlight: Updates, Events, and Bans Hit This Week's List

Each week, we scour the internet for all things indie MMO-related, so you don’t have to. In a relatively quiet week, Once Human gets a big update, Broken Ranks adds a new zone, and Corepunk prepares to ban cheaters. Plenty of other stuff is also going on, so let’s quit wasting time and get started with this week’s Indie MMO Spotlight.

Broken Ranks

Update 8.47 went live on Tuesday, bringing a new zone, Northern Alaril, to the MMO. The new zone includes a new boss instance with two difficulty levels, new rare gear for levels 90-95, and more.

Corepunk

Corepunk made clear its stance on cheating with a post on Discord alerting players to an upcoming ban wave for any player engaging in a cheat involving the use of movement speed and fog of war.

Once Human

Once Human has been updated to Version 1.4. The new Visional Wheel content is now live. 

Palia

Palia patch 0.187 will mark the end of the Winterlights Celebration, but there are plenty of new goodies coming in the patch. The big additions are new curtain decor, game board decor, and several QoL updates.

Project F4E

The next playtest will be held from January 31st through February 7th. The announcement post on Discord hints at some big changes, including a snip of the VIP discussion that mentions a possible name change?

Prosperous Universe
