Each week, we scour the internet for all things indie MMO-related, so you don’t have to. This week, Foxhole heads to the sky, BitCraft prepares for another test, and Haven & Hearth heads to Steam. Plenty of other stuff is also going on, so let’s quit wasting time and get started with this week’s Indie MMO Spotlight.

BitCraft

Clockwork Labs is headed to Twitch on Wednesday, November 13th, to discuss all things BitCraft. And in celebration of the launch of Closed Alpha 3 on Tuesday, there are a limited number of Supporter Badges available for purchase in the Account Hub. The badge gives guaranteed access to all pre-release playtests, 2500 Hexite Shards, and a “Founder” title.

Corepunk

Corepunk went offline for a server update on Tuesday. The update, which included a total wipe, introduced additional bugs that required multiple updates and restarts over the next few days.

Ember Sword

Ember Sword’s Creator Program is expanding. If you are chosen to participate, you can look forward to monthly #EMBER rewards, a private Discord channel, Creator Program brand assets, access to Closed Tests, and shoutouts from the Social & Community Team.

Ethyrial: Echoes of Yore

Patch 3.3.2 is now live. The patch includes a new dungeon, Temple of Ethersalos, along with several miscellaneous improvements.

Foxhole

Devstream #112 revealed the details of Update 59: Infantry, which goes live November 18th. The stream also revealed the next big chapter for Foxhole: Airborne, which will bring aerial warfare to the MMO in Summer 2025.

Fractured Online

Fractured Online’s move to free-to-play is almost here. The MMO will transfer to f2p on November 20th, which also marks the launch of Season 1.

Haven & Hearth

I missed some major news for H&H last week. Along with the release of World 16, H&H also arrived on Steam. A new patch has since been released, making additional fixes and adding additional pouch slots.

Monsters & Memories

Update 44: September & October 2024 was posted on Monday, November 4th. Sometimes referred to as Monsters & Magic (incorrectly, I might add), M&M is expected to have one more test session before the end of 2024, followed by additional testing in 2024 as the team prepares for a 2025 Early Access launch.

Once Human

Looking for something to do in Once Human? Check out the November Events Calendar below.

OrbusVR

Patch 29.01 is live. The patch brings back the Harvest Festival for another go-around.

Palia

Log in any time before November 18th to receive a new Potato Pod.

Prosperous Universe

Michi is still working on and talking about upgrading Gateways in Development Log #458.

Realm of the Mad God

With the conclusion of the Halloween Event, the second part of Season 17 is now live. That means that Aliens are back, along with new missions and a new Battle Pass.

Scars of Honor

There will be another dev livestream on November 14th. You can watch the stream on Twitch, YouTube, or X.

Villagers & Heroes

The servers were down on Monday, November 4th, to deploy Patch 5.35. With the update, the Haunted Moors is no more, but several improvements and bugfixes have been deployed.
