Each week, we scour the internet for all things indie MMO-related, so you don’t have to. This week, Ravendawn teases its next update, Fractured Online announces a release date, and Coreborn has a lackluster launch. Plenty of other stuff is also going on, so let’s quit wasting time and get started with this week’s Indie MMO Spotlight.

Anvil Empires

Anvil Empires’ next Minor Test will be held July 11th at 1pm ET. We can expect a new devblog before that date to share the new features being added for the test.

BitCraft

Alpha 2 is coming on July 8th. You can sign up on the BitCraft website if you haven’t already done so.

Coreborn: Nations of the Ultracore

Coreborn launched on June 19th, and has had a peak player count on Steam of 54. With a currently discounted price of $9.79 and no monthly sub, how long do you think the new MMO will run before we get that oh-so-common dev post announcing the team is shutting down development due to a lack of funds?

Corepunk

A new devblog details some of the key updates and improvements that have been made ahead of Alpha 3. The Alpha 3 test will run from July 1st through July 7th. All previous testers will be invited, and anyone who responds to the new post by July 1st will also receive an invite.

Ember Sword

A new devblog was posted this week. Titled Part Two: Path to Prologue, the post serves as a follow-up to a post from May that detailed some of the progress the team has made since the Ultra Deep playtest. This new post announces that Ember Sword: Prologue (the title being given to the Early Access build) will be available on July 12th. The new build will be available to anyone who owns Ember Sword Land, has an $EMBER badge, a minimum of 5000 EMBER tokens, or gets accepted into the game’s Creator Program.

Embers Adrift

A new update is here, and it includes a new Monolith within Newhave City.

Eterspire

Eterspire Build 30.0 has been released. Along with the typical bug fixes and general improvements, the patch adds a new Indicator System and new store additions. The update also adds support for Google Play Games and Apple Game Center logins.

Foxhole

If you missed the livestream of the Update 57 preview, you can now watch a recording on YouTube.

Fractured Online

A new dev post announced that Fractured Online will officially launch on July 24th. In the meantime, Patch b.2.1 went live on Tuesday, June 25th. The patch adds a new VIP membership, a Token Exchange to convert real money to in-game gold, premium mount skins, and a new armor recolor option.

Ilysia

Ilysia’s new Community Manager, Alex, made an introductory post on Discord this week.

Nightingale

Update 0.3.2 is live, and a devblog highlights some of the best features added to Nightingale since it launched. Nightingale is currently 20% off for the Steam Summer Sale.

Palia

Palia’s latest patch is out, and Update 0.181 includes new building blocks, Party Buffs for playing in a group, and much more.

Project F4E

Project F4E has a new playtest coming up. The 2-day test will start on July 11th. You can still get a key for the test if you are interested.

Prosperous Universe

Development Log #440 is all about the Constituent update.

Ravendawn

The final installment of the Teaser Tuesday series was posted this week. The post is full of details about the Horizon’s Call update.

Soul Kingdoms

Power Proc Studios launched their new Patreon page for Soul Kingdom. According to a post on Discord, the new site's goal is to help cover server costs and fund future development costs.

Starbase

The Test Universe has received a major patch. The new update adds Ship Warp for fast travel, an interactive Universe Map, Station Blueprints and editor, and much more.

Tatsumeeko

There is still time to sign up for Tatsumeeko’s Pre-Beta Preview #1 Playtest, but signups end today, Sunday, June 30th, so you better act fast.

Villagers & Heroes

Patch 5.29: The Twilight Vale  is set to hit this week, and you can check out
