This week, Halloween events are everywhere, Ember Sword cancels their next Beta Test, and Fratcutred Online sets November 20th for its F2P launch. Anvil Empires
Devblog 19 was posted on Friday. The new post outlines how the building system for forts has been extended to homesteads. It also mentions that bats have been added to the Underworld. The bats will spawn randomly and attack miners.
Broken Ranks
Forefathers’ Eve 2024 is fast approaching. You will have from October 31 through November 4th this year, giving you more time than ever to kill undead for big prizes.
City of Heroes Homecoming
This is a reminder that Closed Beta applications are still open and that the name release policy will be activated on November 1st.
Dreamworld
Dreamworld’s HallowDreeam Build Contest is almost over. You have until October 31st to use the DreamForge to create your spooky 3D assets and decorate your haunted structure.
Ember Sword
Ember Sword posted its October Development Update this week. The top news was that they will be skipping the second Beta Test and fast-tracking Early Access.
Eterspire
Update 37.1 has been released. Devoid of any new content, the patch “massively improves performance, specially (sic) on low-end devices.”
Ethyrial: Echoes of Yore
Patch 3.3.0 is now live on Steam. The massive patch includes three new paths - the Peon, Hunter, and Trader - and a rework for the Earthguard. There are a ton of other updates in the patch, so be sure to read the patch notes highlighted above.
Foxhole
Foxhole’s Annual Update is set for Tuesday, November 5th, at 2PM ET. The livestream can be seen on Twitch.
Fractured Online
Release 04 was published this week. The patch includes a rework of consumables, balance changes to PvP, and Heaven’s Bounty, FO’s first special event.
Nightingale
I missed the Dev Bites 2 video last week, so give it a watch if you haven’t seen it yet. This week, patch 0.5.3 went live, adding in this year’s Halloween event. In other news, Inflexion Games has shut down its UK dvision.
Once Human
Once Human’s Haunternaland Homestead contest runs through October 31st, giving you a chance to decorate your island and win some cool prizes. There’s also a Spooktacular Snapshots event, as well as a Halloween Fashion Show, both with additional prizes.
Palia
Patch 0.185, Fall’s Flourishes, went live on Tuesday. The patch brings back the Maji Market. The patch also added plush trading to the game.
Prosperous Universe
Development Log #456 is short and sweet. The only topic is a server fault that occurred.
Ravendawn
Harvest Eve has arrived. Part of Patch 2.0.3, the Halloween event will run through November 4th.
Scars of Honor
SoH’s October Development Update video was posted this week. The October test phase also went live on Saturday and runs through November 1st. Players will have access to four playable races and three classes and will be able to test out The Mourning Pass Battleground.

Wurm Online
Wurm Online’s Halloween Event starts today, October 27th, and runs through November 5th. The event features a 20% skill gain bonus, 20% affinity gain bonus, and new Halloween activities and rewards.
Zenith: Nexus
Support for Quest 1 and PSVR 1 platforms will end next month. The team has marked November 6th as the date to turn off the older shards that support the older platforms.
