Each week, we scour the internet for all things indie MMO-related, so you don’t have to. This week, Broken Ranks recaps their annual TaernCon, Corepunk is looking for content creators, and Spellfarers joins our list as it prepares for Early Access. Plenty of other stuff is also going on, so let’s quit wasting time and get started with this week’s Indie MMO Spotlight.

Anvil Empires

Anvil Empires is in the middle of a Minor Test this weekend. It’s too late to sign up if you haven’t already done so, but you can catch up on the new content in  Devblog 15.

Broken Ranks

Another TaernCon has come and gone, but you can catch a recap of the event in the team’s latest blog post. Summer events are also returning to Broken Ranks. The It’s Raining Chests event will run July 26-29 and August 9-12. On the weekends of August 2-5 and 23-26, you can enjoy the Night of the Monster Slayers event.

Corepunk

Are you excited about Corepunk? Do you want to share your gameplay with the world? If so, then you’ll want to check out Corepunk’s Affiliate Program.

Dragon and Home

The next update to Dragon and Home should be finished by the end of August. You can get a preview of the update in the most recent blog post.

Dual Universe

Another scroll containing a clue for the Hunt for the Golden Goober has been revealed.

Ember Sword

There is still time to apply to Ember Sword’s Creator Program.

Eternal Tombs

Eternal Tombs’ July Update has been posted. The post features the Ashen Valley zone, a quick look at the Ulfur, and a brief testing update.

Eterspire

Eterspire Build 31.0 was released on July 15th. New content, new store items, and bugfixes are all in the patch notes.

Ethyrial: Echoes of Yore

Patch 3.2.1 is live. A new quest, The Astrological Aristocrat, has been added to the game along with a cloak upgrade to level 40 if you have the platinum leyline thread to spare.

Foxhole

Update 57 is live! There’s a pretty long list of changes in the patch notes, so get to reading. Or just watch the Update 57 recap by I Saw A Bear.

Fractured Online

What are Divine Trials? What other changes were included in this week’s patch? Check out the video below to find out.

Ilysia

Ilysia version 0.3.0 is now live on Steam and Meta. The update includes complete overhauls of the fundamental game systems.

Mirage Online Classic

This week's update to MOC added two new classes, the Jester and Dragoon.

Project F4E

Project F4E has partnered with Lurkit to promote their Creators Program. It was also announced that the next playtest would run August 14th through the 18th.

Prosperous Universe

Michi takes a week off to give Fabian a chance to cover future developments in Development Log #443.

Ravendawn

The patch notes for next week’s Horizon’s Call update have been released.

Realm of the Mad God

If you can’t wait for the official return of the Month of the Mad God, you can check out the upcoming changes on the PTR.

Spellfarers

Cozy MMORPG Spellfarers is new to our list this week. Expected to launch in 2025, Spellfarers will be entering Early Access on Steam on July 29th.
