Ah, it's the most magical time of the year. Time for the Christmas Elves to come out of hiding, time for the snowmen to commence their chilly battles, and time for all Wizard101 players to whip out their cherished holiday charity mounts. Yuletide has returned to the spiral once again, and the surprises aren't going to stop anytime soon. In addition to the return of Felix Navidad in the Shopping District, the annual 12 Days of the Spiral event has already kicked off.
Day 1
Wizard101: Naughty wizards better be careful because a new holiday skeleton key boss is on the loose. When Oma's holiday feast is threatened by Krampus, it's up to you to set things right. Krampus can be unlocked using a wooden, stone, or gold skeleton key. Each key will unlock a different tier of difficulty. All the different tiers can be accessed from the same location so you can test and explore as many rooms as you want. See here for specifics.
Pirate101: Avast! A new mount was introduced into the spiral - the Yuletide Pony. If you redeem the code YULEPONY before December 21st, you can snag a FREE PERMANEMNT version for your pirate.
Day 2
Wizard101: Who says wizards can't have hobbies? Day 2 introduced 2 (how appropriate) new snowboard mounts. One features a candy cane pattern, while the other breaks the fourth wall a bit by having it say "Wizard101." Both are available in the Crown Shop for 4,000 crowns.

Pirate101: Pets like to share the holiday cheer too! On day 2, Pirate101 welcomed 3 new holiday pets into the game: the Ghost of Yuletide Present, Festive Yeti, and Yuletide Ibis.

Day 3
Free rhymes with three. Coincidence? I think not. On day 3, KingsIsle encouraged players to redeem the code DECKTHEHALLS to receive all sorts of holiday decorations for both games.

Day 4
KingsIsle's annual holiday contest is back! This year, creative wizards and pirates are tasked with creating a festive holiday tree topper. If your design is a crowd pleaser, you could win 60,000 crowns, 20,000 crowns, or 10,000 crowns! There will be 18 winners in total. See here for the contest rules and deadline.
Day 5
All Wizard101 and Pirate101 online bundles (including some retired ones!) were up to 50% off on Monday. Unfortunately, that promotion only lasted for one day and has since ended. Congrats to everyone who was able to grab some retired goodies though!

Day 6
Wizard101: Feeling extra lucky this season? You may want to spend some crowns on the new holiday pack - the Winter Wonder Pack. This new pack holds a Snowhopper Sleigh Mount, Snowhopper Pets, new gear and weapons, and decorations galore. It's all about cute bunnies this Yuletide (which is perfectly fine with me!). This pack is available for 299 crowns in the Crown Shop.
Pirate101: The holiday joy is mounting! On day 6, Pirate101 introduced 3 new festive mounts: the Festive Crystal Unicorn, Holiday Crystal Unicorn, and Yuletide Ki-rin. Each mount can be bought for 4,000 crowns from the Crown Shop.
