Coins for Change Campaign Launching December 15th

Kids Donate 12 Billion Virtual Coins

Club Penguin devs have released a new video championing kids' giving over the holidays. Players were given a list of charities to choose from and voting netted the lucky charitable recipients.

Players to Donate to Charity

From December 17th-27th, Club Penguin players are being given the opportunity to donate virtual coins earned through playing mini-games. Players will be able to select the charity to which they'd like to donate and after the event ends, Disney will divide a million dollars between Warchild, Free the Children, Wildlife Conservation Network, Partners in Health, Children's Surgical Centre, and Rare. Last year, players donated over four billion virtual coins.
