Learning from the Real World to Bring Games to Life -

The City of Titans KickStarter site has been updated with a fascinating new blog post that discusses one of the game's characters, Anthem, a wounded warrior rocking a prosthetic arm. In order to get a very detailed understanding of what that means, the costume Anthem wears was designed by Cajun Catfish, a cosplayer who wanted to create something feasible to make in the real world.

Once the designs were in place, CoT's "Terwyn" met up with a fabricator to collaborate on creating a prosthetic arm using a terminal device. Called the "Zip Grip", the device was created and will be going through a number of further design iterations for functionality and more.

Check out the City of Titans KickStarter page for more detailed information, as well as the video below that gives a brief 18-second look at the finished product.
