Paragon Studios has announced a new live Dev Chat for City of Heroes, featuring a number of the team's key talent, including: Melissa "War Witch" Bianco, Matt "Positron" Miller, Jesse "Ghost Falcon" Caceres, and David Nakayama.
The Q&A will run from 4-5PM PDT on April 23 over at formspring.me, with players given the ability to submit questions beginning that morning.
