Paragon Studios has announced the winners of the Declare Your Loyalty contest, a contest that was kicked off to mark the six year anniversary of City of Heroes, and had players send in submissions of Praetorian Loyalist billboard propaganda, or Resistance graffiti, offering players a chance to see their creations come to life in-game as billboards or graffiti in Praetoria (among tons of other awesome prizes).
Paragon Studios will be including three of the winning selections for use in game, consisting of a single Loyalist propaganda billboard and two Resistance graffitis to be featured in Praetoria when Going Rogue goes live in July.
