Borderlands 3 Endgame and Post-Launch Content Revealed At PAX West - MMORPG.com

A whole bunch of information was announced earlier at PAX West regarding Borderlands 3 endgame and post-launch content.

Beating the campaign unlocks Guardian Rank. It’s similar to the Badass Rank in that you unlock incremental stat improvements at each rank. Guardian Rank goes one step further and applies a small buff on top of the bonuses. Eventually, you can unlock a Guardian Token, which you can spend on bonuses from three different trees.

Enforcer

  • Critical Damage

  • Grenade Damage

  • Gun Damage

  • Gun Fire Rate

  • Melee Damage

  • Vehicle Damage

Survivor

  • FFYL (Fight For Your Life) Duration

  • FFYL Movement Speed

  • Max Health

  • Shield Capacity

  • Shield Recharge Delay

  • Shield Recharge Rate

Hunter

  • Accuracy

  • Action Skill Cooldown

  • Luck (Rare Drop Rate)

  • Recoil Reduction

  • Reload Speed

True Vault Hunter Mode and Mayhem Mode were announced, the former being akin to New Game+ and the latter adding buffs and bonuses to the world and enemies.

Additionally, post-launch content consists of a Bloody Harvest Event, a new map in the Maliwan Takedown event, and new DLC.
