Latest

  • Surviving the Borderlands 3 Nerfpocalypse

The latest BL3 hotfix deployed yesterday and boy was it a doozy. The Nerfpocalypse, as I call it, is definitely real, but there are tons of new opportunities for fun (or even OP) builds to come out of the new update.

  • What to Farm During Borderlands 3’s Rare Spawn Hunt

Certain enemies in Borderlands 3 will, ahem, rarely spawn in fixed locations (you can also sometimes get bounty board quests in Sanctuary for these spawns). For this week only, rare spawns will show up in their designated location every time you load the game and they’ll also have an increased chance to drop certain loot.

  • The Only Build You’ll Ever Need for Moze in Borderlands 3

I’ve spent a ton of time farming and tinkering with my Moze build over the last week or so and I’ve now put together something that allows me to get everything the character offers in a single build.

  • Borderlands 3 Has an Endgame Problem

I’ve been playing nothing but Borderlands 3 since the game dropped last week and while I’m having more fun than I’ve ever had in the series due to improvements in gameplay, there are some significant problems with the endgame right now.

  • Borderlands 3 Review In Progress

With 20 hours played in Borderlands 3 I am enjoying my trip back to the Borderlands universe. All of the gameplay I loved seven years ago is there, but some technical issues have made for a bumpy start.

  • One Borderlands Journey Ends and Another Begins

Now that the full Borderlands experience is fresh in my memory, here are some things I’m looking forward to/hoping to find in Borderlands 3.

  • What We Know About Endgame in Borderlands 3

With all of that endgame focus over the years, what does Gearbox have in store for Borderlands 3? Well, this time around Borderlands 3 was designed with endgame in mind from the beginning and we learned quite a bit about what Gearbox is bringing to the table at this year’s Gamescom and PAX West shows over the last few weeks. Let’s dig in.

  • Theorycrafting Time: Firestarter Moze

Moze has a couple of more obvious build options if you take a cursory look at her skill tree, but what I want to focus on this week is a build with a fire-centric theme. This is Firestarter Moze.

  • A First Look at Borderlands 3

2K Games invited us to be a part of their premier gameplay event in Hollywood, California to be among the world’s first to jump back into the next installment of their over-the-top looter shooter. Within this article, we will be outlining what we know of the story so far, some of the things that are new, and some thoughts on the experience as a whole.

  • My Borderlands 3 Wish List

The looter shooter is a hard genre of game to get right, but Gearbox managed to get pretty close with its series of Borderlands games. As fun as they were, it’s important not to look back on them with rose tinted glasses. There were definitely some areas I’d have liked to see improved and I’m hoping Borderlands 3 will address the issues and also add some new features along the way.

  • What We Know So Far About Borderlands 3

It’s been a long time, but Gearbox finally took the wraps off Borderlands 3 at this year’s PAX East and boy did it look awesome. And as awesome as it did look, the presentation was unfortunately scant on details. Fast forward a couple of days later and we’ve learned quite a bit more about the newest entry in the series, with details on characters, weapons, platforms and more. Let’s recap.
