Hello everyone and welcome back to another entry in the gaming daily blog! So today, I went to a guild website that I recently applied to and found out that I had been denied. The reasoning was because I am only a level 31 Paladin on their server and they need me to get to 85 and geared. So this inspired this blogpost dealing with how to prepare youself for the worst case scenario.

Tip #1: Don't Fret

So if you put in your application and were denied, Don't let this get to you. Listen to what they are telling you. Guild's like Method, Exodus, Simple Math, etc are going to be looking for the best of the best and if you haven't worked the blood, sweat and tears needed to get your gear, You stand no chance.

Tip #2: Keep Working

If a guild tells you that you don't have what they are looking for, keep working on your character. Make sure to get a world of logs account to keep track of the amount of damage you are doing and how well your character is performing in raids. Make sure to use a site like Ask Mister Robot to check your gear and what your going to need to be the best of your class.

Tip #3: Apply, Apply, Apply!

If you get denied from a guild, Don't ragequit and never play the game again. Make sure to apply at other guilds as well. Just because one guild denies you doesn't mean another one won't accept you.

So there you have it folks! My top three tips for dealing with being denied from a guild. The best advice is to keep working on your character. Make sure to run LFR once a week and make sure to keep getting your valor gear when you can. After all the hard work and dedication, I'm sure you will end up in a great guild with a great raiding community.

Happy Easter!
