Chaserz writes: Considering this MMO but on the fence or gave it up? So did I. Twice. But read on. I've been playing and played every major MMO since 1999. I love the genre. When I saw BDO's graphics I was sold. I bought the game at early launch and after 1 hour of trying the MSQ I was uninstalling it and requested a refund. I missed the window for a refund but after a couple of years I am now grateful for that. I read a recent review update from MMORPG's Bill Murphy and I reluctantly decided to take another look. Now 2 years after launch there are plenty of "getting started guides" on YouTube that do a great job at explaining the nuts and bolts of this MMO. I watched one with my g/f and we decided to give it a go together. I'll make this simple. BDO is unlike any MMO I have ever played. It's learning curve can be a huge turnoff. But if you can use some patience and move slowly you can have a tremendous amount of fun. As Bill Murphy said, this MMO is more about the journey rather than the destination and that journey is amazing. So after the third install I'm staying and we're having an absolute blast. Try and hold your nose for a day or so. Watch the YouTube videos and you might be in for a very pleasant surprise. Mon Feb 11 2019 8:13PM
