Defeat the Laytenn and earn rewards in Black Desert Online’s Attack on Laytenn event currently underway.
The event will run through August 5 so you still have some time if you want to partake. It looks like the Laytenns have really become aggressive and, of course, it’s up to you and your friends to stop them. The Laytenn will appear around the world, and not necessarily in any single location. However, they won’t spawn in Valencia. Their difficulty will be dependent on your level. To that end, if you’re level 49 or lower, Laytenn won’t appear.
You can only fight them in combat areas. If you cannot defeat them within 10 minutes, they will die naturally. If, however, you’re defeated by them, you won’t receive a death penalty. Additionally, if multiple players attack, only the player who dealt the most damage will receive the rewards.
Rewards include a Power Stone, Cron Stone, Premium Elixir Box, Hard Black Crystal Shard, and more contained within the Laytenn Artifact chest. Check out the details here.
