Black Desert PS4 To Receive Nouver Dragon World Boss - MMORPG.com

Black Desert Online on PS4 is set to receive a free update, adding the desert dragon, Nouver, as a world boss.

According to a press release, details for Nouver include:

  • The Desert’s Wrath, Nouver, makes its way to the Black Desert, appearing after one of the worst sandstorms in the history of Valencia. The ferocious dragon is now ready to fight any adventurer foolish enough to take on the challenge.
  • To make the first week of Nouver a little easier, Pearl Abyss is lifting all Desert Sicknesses from October 8th to October 23rd, Hypothermia and Heat Stroke will be removed from the desert.

Additionally, Awakened Boss Scroll pieces have been added as a reward for completing Daily/Weekly boss scrolls. Combining different amounts of Awakened Boss Scroll pieces can create various types of Awakened Bosses.

  • Five Awakened Boss Scroll pieces - Create a daily boss (Red Nose, Giath, Bheg, Moghulis, etc.)
  • Three Awakened Boss Scroll pieces - Create a weekly boss (Hexe Marie, Dim Tree Spirit, Muskan, etc.)

Keep in mind, Awakened bosses are stronger than normal bosses, and drop better items. You’ll be able to find boss armor after defeating Awakened Bheg, Red Nose, Giath, Dim Tree Spirit and Muskan, or boss accessories like Witches Earrings from Hexe Marie and Ancient Weapon Core from Moghulis.
