The Battleborn fan community has taken charge to get others excited by the game by creating "Battleborn Day" slated for Saturday, November 12th. Players are hoping to encourage everyone to log in that day and "get in on the fight". A group called Battlebros has also cropped up, sort of a "Big Brother program for Battleborn" that will work with other players to provide training or advice to those who could use a bit of a hand.
To celebrate its community, the Battleborn dev team has turned on some nifty bonuses that will run throughout the weekend includes:
- double XP
- double credits
- a special Battleborn Day queue with a curated collection of favorite maps and modes
- all 29 characters are unlocked throughout the weekend
- 20% off all skins and taunts
- social media swag give aways
The team promises that more will be included, though declined to say what that means so logging in might be a great idea!
