Soul Gear is the core of itemization in Battle of the Immortals. Soul Gear is incredibly extravagant gear, but aside from its snazzy looks, the gear will also evolve as you progress, changing physically, and your weapons will also level up with you, gaining experience in the process and confering special bonuses to your character.
Pets are an interesting feature in Battle of the Immortals. From what we understand, all monsters in the game have a chance to "drop themselves" in addition to whatever loot they have, should they do this, they can become your own pet. This means that pretty much any monster in the game can be your pet, and this includes bosses! Zodiac Pets are also in the game, these pets are "breathtaking" and are only available at certain times of the year. Like their name, you can expect to find Zodiac pets during their corresponding time of the year on the Zodiac calendar.
Battle of the Immortals mounts are equally intriguing. Mounts can be leveled up and upgraded, even earning skills and abilities. Mounts also come in a number of varieties such as common, elite, and multiplayer, with the latter essentially being a multi-seater mount for several players to ride at once.
