It's that time again: the MMORPG.com Player's Choice Awards! Awards season is taking over the games industry, and this is our time to recognize the best (and biggest disappointments) of the year that was.
As always, we've detailed the best of the industry from RPGs, Persistent Online Worlds, as well as the Most Improved game of the year. It's also been a year of disappointments, which we've expanded from just games to storylines this year as they have been so pervasive in the industry in 2021. With so many great Indie releases this year, we also felt it was time to start recognizing these in our Awards, so we've added the Best Indie Game of 2021 award.
We're once again using Google Forms, and in order to limit people to one vote, you will need to sign into your Google account (though we will not be collecting email addresses with this form).
Each response also has an "Other field" in case there is something left off that you want to recognize, and we'll be collecting the compiling those responses as well.
Voting will end at 11:59 PT on December 15th, with results being revealed on Friday, December 17th. As we requested last year, please let us know in the comments what you would like to see from these awards moving forward.
