ASTA: The War of Tears and Winds

The ASTA team has posted a brief note on the Steam page to let users know that the game is stopping operations starting on December 8th. No further purchases can be made from now through the effective closure.

The Steam iteration of ASTA will be launching on Wednesday, April 26th. Players joining up will receive a number of in-game items for first-time registrations for the reborn game. In addition, from April 26th to May 9th, players can take part in the Best Character Customizing Contest. Screenshots of player character awesomeness can be posted on the ASTA Facebook page for possible selection as a winner.

ASTA will be making a return sometime in the balance of this month. The game will be published by Move Games Co., Ltd. and will be part of the Steam library. You may remember that ASTA was shut down by Webzen in the fall of 2016.

Webzen has announced that ASTA:The War of Tears & Winds will be ending service on October 4th. From today forward, no further store purchases will be possible. Players will enjoy 100% boosts to XP, Fame, Drop Rates and Gold throughout the end of the game's life.

ASTA players can now log into the game and check out the latest update called Myth 1: Wrath of the Berserkers. The first ASTA content expansion features a new PvP battleground map called "Dreamworld", a new PvE world boss, hard mode for a pair of raids and much more.

ASTA: The War of Tears and Winds will be updating its first expansion next week. Myth I: Wrath of the Berserkers will gain two new hard mode dungeons, a new world boss that can drop Artifact and Unique armor pieces and new PvP features.

ASTA will be expanding on May 31st with the Wrath of the Berserkers update that will bring lots of new content to players. We had the opportunity to speak with Webzen Assistant Producer Pierre Vandenbroucke to learn more.

Asta: The War of Tears & Winds will be getting its first major content update on May 31st that will expand the game beyond today's official launch. Called Wrath of the Berserkers, new content will include dungeons and zones as well as the Raksa race and the melee-only Berserker class.

The first major content expansion to ASTA: The War of Tears and Winds is set to be released in the next several weeks. Called "Myth I: Wrath of the Berserkers", players can look forward to new PvP battlegrounds, guild battles, an improved crafting system, new scenarios, quests, lore, enhanced player-driven economy features and new dungeons.

The open beta for ASTA has been updated with the first major content update that brings several new features into the game including a new PvP arena, a new difficulty mode for ten-player raid dungeons and more.

Webzen has announced that the first major content update to Asta: The War of Tears and Winds will be dropping into the game on April 19th. The update will feature a new Team Arena map, a new difficulty mode for ten-player raid dungeons and more.

ASTA: The War of Tears and Winds, is the latest game being brought West by Webzen. Recently closed down in its native Korea, there's nevertheless a lot to be enjoyed in this overall standard but beautiful theme park MMORPG. ASTA: The War of Tears and wind is a MMORPG out of South Korea that is heavily based on eastern culture and myth. Also known as ASTA online, it is sometimes referred to as the WoW of the east.
