Frontier has kicked off a new type of activity for Elite: Dangerous players called Interstellar Initiatives. These periodic events will feature narrative arcs that will play out across several phases and that have the potential to alter the galaxy permanently. The first of these events is called "Bridging the Gap".

This week's episode includes a "look at the new particle lighting system, public telemetry, Crusader's City in the clouds, and upcoming improvements to a classic ship", all based on Alpha 3.5.

Today's a big day with the launch of Neverwinter's Undermountain content expansion. Big things are changing for the game, including major reworks of most classes, the opening of five "diverse, new Adventure Zones", the brand new Yawning Portal social hub, an increased level cap to 80, a new endgame dungeon, a retooled Boon system, better loot drops and much more. This time, the Crusader takes center stage, a stalwart frontline fighter using a sword and shield. Their job is to "take the hurt to the enemies and draw attention away from their allies".
The Torchlight Frontiers team has revealed a new class coming to the game, this time, the Railmaster aka "The Conductor of Pain". The Railmaster has a canine companion carries a number of packs about its person while the Railmaster himself is literally followed by a train!
The Sea of Thieves team was on hand during a live stream event this week to show off and preview the upcoming Anniversary event. Devs show content coming from The Hunter's Call, part of the Arena. The Arena brings 24-minute matches for those who want unbridled battle royale action. Tall Tales, also part of the anniversary event, will bring new story-based quests and includes Shores of Gold where players "experience a story of love, honor and betrayal".

Starting Tuesday, April 16th and running through May 6th, Overwatch players will be able to take part in the latest Archives event, Storm Rising. During the event, players will learn more of Talon's activities in Cuba and can earn some cool skins, sprays, emotes, and much more along the way.
