No Redemption for Troublemakers Sentenced to Prison Server

EverQuest II players who are flagrant violators of others' game play fun and who continually break the rules will be flagged for a new "prison server" called Drunder, an experiment being conducted by Daybreak within the game. The trip is one-way with no chance for redemption. Customer Service Game Masters will be the ultimate decision-makers on who ends up taking the trip to Drunder.


Server Consolidation News, Campaign Update in Latest Letter

EverQuest II producer Holly Longdale has posted the most recent state of the game letter on the official forums. In it, Longdale gives players the first information about server consolidation and indicates that this is not "evasive language" but that it is the approach of Daylight Game Studio.


Time Locked Expansion Servers to Launch Today

Daybreak Game Company has announced that the two EverQuest II Time Locked Expansion servers, Stormhold (PvE) and Deathtoll (PvP) will launch today for All Access Members. There is no specific information about the time, so keep your eyes peeled for further updates from the team.

Rum Cellar Campaign Released for Purchase

Daybreak Game Company has announced that the Rum Cellar Campaign for EverQuest II is now available for purchase. The new content features two brand new solo zones, three heroic zones, tons of fantastic new loot, new achievements and collections and much more. In addition to the Rum Cellar Campaign, today's update brought a host of other fixes and balances to EQII.


Daybreak Community Members Create Issue Tracker

EverQuest II community members have created a new tool to assist the development team in tracking down annoying and persistent bugs in the game. Called the "Issue Tracker", players can use the tool to submit a bug report that will join a queue the team can assess to see which bugs are the most-reported and then work to fix them.


Rum Cellar Beta Goes Live

EverQuest II players who want to assist the Daybreak Game Studio developers with testing Rum Cellar can now take part can now do so thanks to the beta going live. Players will need to download the full download via the beta patcher as the streaming download seems to be glitching according to a post on the EQII forum.
