ArcheAge servers are currently down for an indeterminate time due to authentication process errors preventing many players from logging into the game to check out the massive v2.0 Heroes Awaken update. According to the latest update from the ArcheAge community team, the issue has been tracked to Trion's multi-game platform, Glyph, and that the team is working on a solution. Server will remain down until the problem is resolved. This post was made at 2:25 pm Pacific / 5:25 pm Eastern.

- 4:30 PM PDT Update: Progress continues to be made, but we have no new information to share at this time. We will be pushing our updates out to 1 hour, with our next update coming at 5:30 PM PDT.
