ArcheAge’s next big update hits this weekend on December 10th with the launch of 3.0 – Revelation. Not only are there going to be brand new fresh start servers, but there are two new races, five new zones, and major changes to the marketplace based on player feedback. Read on for the full scoop.

ArcheAge players interested in helping test the upcoming Revelation content update, so-called "Revelation 3.0", can do so beginning today. Trion's community team has posted the PTR server schedule for testing opportunities between today and December 8th.

ArcheAge Senior Producer Merv "Khrolan" Lee Kwai has published the latest letter on the official site. Starting off with a bang, Kwai announces that ArcheAge 3.0 or "Revelation" will be launching on December 10, 2016. Revelation brings Dwarf and Warborn races on board, their homelands, the Community Center system, Abyssal Skills, and Fresh Start servers.

From October 21st through November 9th, ArcheAge players will have the opportunity to take part in the annual Hallowtide event. During the event, players can take part in special events including snail racing to earn Hallowtide Festival Tokens that can be exchanged for a number of cool prizes.

Trion Worlds has revealed new information about forthcoming ArcheAge anniversary presents to be given to players logging in for the second birthday party. Players will receive a nice package of items for one character that include Marketplace Tokens, Merit Badges, Warrior's Medals and Bound Tax Certificates.

The ArcheAge site has been updated with a brief post about two new zones opening up for guild castle building. Since the release of September update, guilds can now claim space in the Auroria zones of Sungold Fields and Exeloch.

In the coming months, Trion Worlds’ and XLGames’ ArcheAge is set to undergo its largest free content update ever with the launch of 3.0: Revelation. Bringing two new races (one for each faction) each with their own regions, the Dwarves and the Warborn are about to shake things up in the ongoing battle between two halves of the world.

The latest patch notes have been released on the ArcheAge site that includes a number of community-requested features such as daily events taking place at different times on EU and NA servers, the public testing of the Skill Queue and Korean Skills, two limited-time events (a new fishing event on Mirage Isle and fighting new enemies in Mistmerrow), and other general changes and bug fixes.

The wrap report from last week's ArcheAge live stream has been posted on the game's official site. Among other things, viewers were treated to a look at the campaign posters for those running in the latest Hero Election.

From June 29th to July 19th, ArcheAge players will be able to take part in sunny time activities in Sanddeep. During the Blue Salt Festival, players can take part in safety thanks to Festival Law that prevents PvP unless involved in a Dominion War.

ArcheAge players who love designing the perfectly themed home will want to check out all of the details about the recently announced "Summer Home" contest. Running from now through July 8th, players are tasked with capturing the perfect screen that shows off their homes arrayed according to the summer theme. Entries will be examined for aesthetic composition and adherence to the overall theme.

The ArcheAge site has been updated with a brief, but exciting, post for players. Earlier this week, the Korean ArcheAge team announced the 3.0 update for ArcheAge that brings a new story line featuring the return of the Goddess of Hatred. Of particular interest for EU/NA players is the further announcement that 3.0 will be headed this direction later in 2016.

Ascension is coming to ArcheAge on May 31st, and that’s a pretty big deal. Why? Well not only is it adding the much-anticipated Player Nation System, but it’s adding a whole slew of new features as well. The Castle Upgrade system is coming, Obsidian Tier 7 Weapons and Armor are being added, the Mistsong Summit is getting a new boss and a difficulty tuning, combat skills are getting an overhaul, there’s a new equipment encyclopedia, and a whole lot more.

There’s plenty of reason to be excited about the imminent arrival of AA 2.9, and while the specifics of new features and functionality are still under wraps, we did manage to eke some info out of Executive Producer Merv Lee Kwai regarding the cool contests and in-game events that Trion will be staging next week in celebration of this huge new addition to their epic MMO.
