Kotaku Australia is reporting that APB will not be launching in Australia. While you may be guessing this is another case of Australia's overzealous ratings board, the fact of the matter is APB will not be coming to Australia as a result of a conscious choice by Realtime Worlds,
Since APB is an action-heavy MMO, launching in the game in Australia would require Realtime Worlds to run servers in Australia, which they have decided not to do. No local servers, no APB.
