The Closed Beta 2 test for Elyon is only a few days away, and Kakao Games wants you to be as prepared as possible to test the various systems before launch on September 29th. By mastering the Skill System, the Equipment and Enhancement system, and learning about the various classes, per the latest series of videos, players will be on the path to becoming their “strongest self”.
August 18th marks the second Closed Beta test for Elyon, with release planned for the end of next month. To get players ready, the development team has released a series of videos detailing the classes, systems, and features so that new players don’t start the game completely uninformed.
To start, Elyon has 6 different classes, the Slayer, the Warlord, the Elementalist, the Mystic, the Assassin, and the Gunner. In the Classes video, players are introduced to each of these classes, and their abilities. If you’re interested in playing the game but are completely on the fence as to which class to choose, this is a great place to start!
Once you’ve chosen your class, choosing the right skills will be essential to creating the kind of play style that best fits you. You can unlock skills simply by leveling up your character and learning them from your skill book, and house 11 skills on your hotbar at once. Two slots are locked for gear skills and the mana waking system. New players will want to learn more about the skill system by watching the video so they’re prepared for the upcoming Beta.
Once you’ve learned a little about your preferred class and how the Skill System works, you’ll want to take some time getting familiar with the Equipment and Enhancement System. There are five grades of gear. Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic and Legendary. Check out the video to learn more about the enhancements and upgrades that can be done to gear.
