Aion has been one of NC's (Formerly NCSoft) few games that have been around for more than a decade. With limited updates over the past year, the Producer's Letter has graced us at a time where new updates have just rolled out for both Aion and Aion Classic. The Producers, Min Lee and Wesley White talk a little about what's still coming to the game, as well as indicating that they have been making positive changes to contend with a lower stream of players.

In a post on the Korean AION plaync site, a cryptic message surfaces that many believe points to the possibility of a classic server. The Korean translation reads "The memories of the Deva will become reality." It then points to a date of October 28th, 2020.

Today is a good day for fans of AION as GameForge is detailing its latest update, Version 7.0. The update brings new content to the game, including a new region, class specialization, PvE Instance, new transformations, equipment, and LugBug missions.
Gameforge has announced that Aion v7.0 will be arriving on July 10th. It comes with the new Painter class which offers "colorful action with the new Artist specialization". In addition, the Dumaha Region has been added to bring players a new area to explore, quests to complete and much more. Lastly, the Stella Development Laboratory is a brand new instanced PvE location "with exciting missions" within.
The Aion site has been updated with a great preview of all of the new content coming with the Ereshkigal's Wrath update on March 27th. Players will find a number of new instances for endgame players as well as a revamped Glory Points system, some class and skill updates, and some new Transformations.
Starting March 27th, Aion will be updated with Ereshkigal's Wrath and daevas will face off against her for the last time. Players will find new instances, "new Daevanion skills", new transformations, GP competitive seasons, skill adjustments and much more. The development team has promised that more information on all of the new content will be revealed soon, but has sent out a teaser trailer to start the ball rolling.
