Digital Extremes is celebrating the fourth anniversary of Warframe with the release of a large new content update called Octavia's Anthem. In addition, Tenno will be able to grab hold of several cool anniversary gifts on Tuesday, March 28th.
Octavia's Anthem sends players on a musical quest series to chase down the "Octavia Warframe". Being a musically enhanced Warframe, players completing the lore-driven quest will gain access to "a simple-to-use musical instrument" that will allow them to create, record and use their own compositions that can be synchronized to their weapons. In addition, groups of Tenno can work cooperatively to create tunes and all tunes can be traded to others.
For those who love to know the backstory, a new web comic called "What Remains" is in production and the first cells have been released.
Lastly, a new 'captura' feature has been added that allows players to take in game "photos" and to apply filters, graphics and other editing magic to them.
