John Smedley formally announced today that Sony Online Entertainment has acquired the assets of Sigil Games, which includes Vanguard: Saga of Heroes. Earlier today Sigil employees were informed that their employment would be terminated, but in his announcement John Smedley said that approximately 50 of these employees would be hired on by SOE to continue working on Vanguard.
Sigil and SOE are currently looking for guilds to help them to help to focus test raids and that system for Vanguard: Saga of Heroes.
