Trinium Wars has been removed from Steam and all game servers will be shutting down permanently on August 31st according to a statement from Frederike Striecker. Players who had purchased the Deluxe or Collector's Edition of the game will receive a free key to the next title while owners of the Starter Edition will receive 25% in compensation for the shut down.

After being reorganized as a free to play title in May, Hanmarusoft and InselGames have announced that Trinium Wars is now in commercial release and available on Steam. The team feels that most localization and balancing issues have been resolved as well as reported bugs being ironed out paving the way for today's exit from Early Access.
InselGames has sent out a short-and-sweet note to let players know that the final decision on the monetization model for Trinium Wars has been made. The game will be transitioning to the free to play model in the near future. The decision came as a result of what the team felt were too many players holding out on the "buy to play" model, instead preferring to wait until the game adopted a F2P model.
Trinium Wars has a new location, new quests and a new level cap thanks to the addition of the Puton Conflict update. Players reaching level 30 can head to the high-level location to check out the new content as well as the upcoming Resource War every Saturday with players going head-to-head to gather as much as possible and outdo the competition.
