The Black Death has been updated with a new patch called Providence that brings a pair of new features into the game in the form of animal husbandry and digging.
With the new Digging ability, players can find randomly spawning grave sites to excavate for a variety of loot items. Digging, as expected, requires a Shovel that can be crafted by Merchants or Blacksmiths or can be purchased from a Tools Trader NPC.
In addition, new NPCs, traders and merchants are now available who sell a variety of new gear. Peasants can also learn to craft Beehives, Butter Churns and Stools alongside the skills to produce potable honey and milk from each. Monks can craft Mortar and Pestle for herbalists and can make the frightening looking Plague Mask.
A pair of new locations have been added: The Forests of Queen's Province and the village of Dunstead.
