On Tuesday, July 16th, Star Wars: The Old Republic will be updated to bring sweeping changes to both the free-to-play and preferred experiences.
When the next Star Wars: The Old Republic update rolls out in July, it's going to come with some pretty decent updates to the free-to-play and preferred programs. Most notably, players will be able to save up to a million Credits. In addition, Preferred players will have access to five quickbars and F2P players will have access to three. Lastly, every SWTOR player in the game will be able to fast travel and revive anywhere those are applicable.
Star Wars: The Old Republic has been updated to v5.10.3 "The Dantooine Incursion". New content invites players to head to and explore a brand new planet, Dantooine. The planet comes with a brand new in-game event called Pirate Incursion that ramps up the tensions between the Republic and the Empire. The planet is open for exploration at all times, though some daily quests are only available during peaceful times.
Star Wars: The Old Republic players who log into the game between now and May 6th will receive an M4-Y8 Astromech Droid in celebration of Star Wars Day. The Droid will be delivered in-game beginning May 10th. In addition, a number of Cartel Market items will be on sale throughout the week.
