I was impressed by the first MMOFTW but they seem to be getting worse each week.

From a production values standpoint they are very well done.  The technolosgy is great, the 4 screens are great as is the timing of what they play on the screens.

What is alcking is useful information.  The MMO news information is close to non existent.

Bill Murphy is not made for TV.  His voice is terrible its grating and his timing is poor. His looks are also terrible.  The sweat suit he is wearing looks terrible.  He should just stick to wearing his pajamas I am sure they woiuld look just as good.  The air under his chin is also disturbing.  It simply looks bad and unprofessional.  The Murphy cmedy alos gets old very quick.  Its the same joke over and over.

While the production values are great it could be so much beter with a more polished host and with actual useful and more in depth information.

My suggestion would be to hire someone who has actually been in the MMO industry and knows something about MMOs to run the show. There has been lots of dev talent that has been laid off the last few months. Look no further than ToR. That or use guest hosts.  You could bring in a lot of expertise and interesting insights using guest hosts.   I am sure Brad McQuaid, Richard Garriot, Curt Schilling and many others have quite a lot of free time.  Not to mention Schilling needs money now that he has lost all of his $50 million in life savings.

Mr.Murphy imo does a GREAT job,i like the personality,it is a happy ,fun persona,one which i agree with.

I agree the production value is VERY good.

The bad ??? well i will use one word and i think anyone that pays attention a little ,will know what i am eluding to >>>DISGUISED video.

It is not something that bothers me much,i just like to keep things always pointing to the truth,no matter anyone's agenda.

If we keep this segment real and not a disguise,i think i would give it a 8/10 for sure,a very good job by all.Heck i don't even give my fave games an 8/10.

I think I know what you're implying. But honest to god, we actually just pick the few most "interesting" game-related stories we see come across the desk each week and write the report on them.  We don't have much time (we're trying to keep it around five minutes), so what ends up happening is that we focus on the stuff that makes the biggest splash.

I'll be trying to work in little guys (like Dino-Storm) more often.

As for anything else I say that might be construed as "disguised" whatever, I write these segments with my own thoughts and editorial comments... it's not disguised at all. I <3 SMITE for instance.  :)

I liked it, this was the first one I watched.  

I am suprised that it took TERA so long to launch the chronoscrolls.  It doesn't bother me, but I've had one for almost half a year now... looking forward to some in game cash just for the lols.

I like the videos. I for one am not expecting a whole news crew with a weather and sports man. No need to "hire" someone else, cause I am sure when the decision to do this came, Bill (the owner of the site to my understanding) was going to do it for free, so thats why he is doing it I am assuming.

But this isn't the same as reporting crime in new york city, cause I would venture that many weeks, not alot will be going on. I am not looking for news that will knock my socks off, just a taste of what is going on out there.

hrm, can't edit my comment but another world/IP I'd love to see WELL made into an MMO would be His Dark Materials. I don't have much hope for a quality version to ever be made though.

I love these episodes! They are witty and enjoyable to watch and I always find somehting in them I have not heard/seen yet.

If I could make a constructive comment, I would say perhaps and some type of background music would help divert attention from the short pauses in speaking.

As usual, MMORPG.COM is a day late and a dollar short. Because anyone who has played Tera, already knew about the Chronoscrolls coming months ago. 

But no one knew the date of their release. That's the news we were given by En Masse themselves, Czanrei. ;)

Too bad I don't like Tera.  Seems pretty cool you can simply earn your game time by playing.  Nice job on episode.  I agree with nether, gets better every time.  Can't wait til next week.
