MMORPG.com Videos - GDC Europe: DUST 514 Trailer

This two minute trailer shown at GDC Europe showcases DUST 514, CCP Games' console FPS compliment to EVE Online. DUST 514 will play a key role in the sovereignty of territory in EVE Online, as DUST mercenary players will embark on missions to secure planetary control for their contractors.

I love the concept behind CCP's game, I even think their games aren't even bad, but there is something about the way they implement fees in their games that drives me crazy. ($ sub = more "xp" for skills, so basically $ = XP. Then a F2P with item mall, those *can* be fun for a short while, but have never really grown on me since basically $ = items.) CCP will not release this till it is ready and a true console MMOFPS will be great. They already said at fan fest the 2 games will be integrated in phases so we will have to wait and see but I for one will be getting dust.
