Cupilix writes: no clue whos who but the 1st is a soldout and the second actually have some content to bring. you cant play this game hardcore and enjoy it legaly unless you spend thousands of dallars in 'acclaim coins'. And EVEN if you do you get griefed and no one will do ANYTHING about it. You cant even get helped by anyone and you cant get any kind of help in game unless you send an email where your chances to get a reply are slim to none. I know what I am talking about I had so much to lose I played this game for thousands of hours and after I watched this video I wanted to puke. Wed Apr 30 2008 7:26PM

Reborn17 writes: I prefer sub based because the differences in the virtual game world is based on actual activities or "achievements" in the game and you know you can at least respect the better players because to some degree you believe they earned it. With an item mall tho you create a distinction between people in a virtual world based on real world economic differences. It also becomes stressful knowing that no matter what you do some items will be beyond you unless you pay their extortion money. At least with subscriptions, which break down to about 50 cents a day in the states, you know your costs up front and you get full access. These industry types are why the genre sucks atm. WSIMike writes: (posted prematurely) Also, people wanting to know if a game is for them or not is also what *free trials* are for. If you feel like a week or 14 days isn't long enough, fine.. give them up to a month to play free. Give them an unlimited trial but with limited content - restricted to certain zones, certain gear, etc. There's plenty of ways to let people get an honest trial of your game without the lie that is F2P. WSIMike writes: "F2P is an honest business model". And sub-based isn't? Sub based has been the norm for *years* now. All of a sudden it's less honest? Please. I'm a huge fan of your Earth Worm Jim series, Dave.. but that's the biggest line of BS I've heard lately. The F2P model is a blatant cash grab. These people see the kind of money people are spending on RMT (buying gold and such offline) and realize that people spend more money on RMT per month than they do on their sub alone. So, by making the game "free to play" with all the really good stuff hidden behind a credit-card transaction, they know they're going to make more in the long run. It's BS. Thu Mar 13 2008 9:46AM
pkdragon writes: Kesleri you call 2moons a grinding game. All of the people that call 2moons a grind should basically shut the fuck up. This game isn't even a hardcore grind. If want to see grind go play Silkroad, Archlord, etc. Hahah Kesleri says grind merchanting. Well wtf you're still grinding. For your information some people actually may like the grind. Grind is more of a preference. Some like extremely easy grind and some like hardcore grind. People say they want a storyline. Do you actually care about reading and learning the storyline? Or is it that you think mmorpgs should just HAVE it. No point of a storyline if no one is going to read it. Storylines are kind of pointless because most people don't even read the quests and just finish them. Tue Mar 04 2008 7:50PM
vesavius writes: This guy is so FULL of BS, spin, and outright lies. The very term 'F2P' is a disgusting misrepresentation. NO game is free to play, and to comepete in these so called 'F2P' ones you have to spend as much as the next guy, which of course is the same bar as set by the 'winners' out there. This of course means sepending hundreds via Paypal, pre-bought cards, or your dad's CC (until he finds out of course...) to be able to play. This is exactly the same trick as used by CCG manufacturers and, tbh, should be illegal considering the target audience of these products. Akklaim have really become something else with this move into so-called F2P games... Every business needs to make a profit, I know this, but this is just disgusting exploitation. kesleri writes: All this publishing company offers is a published *GRINDY* game in which the story is non existent, i mean lets be serious, how does a dumb story help a character advance troughout the game ? It doesn't. What you have created was an atmosphere of blood and gore, and that's what you advertised. You really sold out one of the biggest grinds out there covered by a few blood spills. If that CEO or DaviD would use their brains a bit, they can think about licensing a game which doesn't involve SERIOUS RETARDED GRINDING. Take Voyage Century Online for example, this game is still alive and kicking and it has a lot of content, if you get bored of grinding your battle ship you can go grind merchanting, or you can raise up your character with trading skills etc, you just don't get bored because you have a lot of contenct. But your games there's nothing else you can do but kill mobs, and rarely a few players, let's not forget the retarded auto-bots. Mon Mar 03 2008 11:42AM
krisooooo writes: Europeans got Dekaron, Asians got Dekaron too so i don't see a reason they should play 2Moons since they are the same games? Plus they got much less lag that way... I'm from Europe and i'm glad we got Dekaron because lag was killing me in 2Moons, but in our version i have almost no ping in highly player infested places! (starting city for example) Mon Mar 03 2008 9:39AM
mozden1 writes: Not to bump my own comment, but Eurpoe & ASian players are BANNED from playiong 2Moons. European players can still play if they made their account before a cerrtain date. Why not try being honest!! Mon Mar 03 2008 2:29AM
mozden1 writes: If your listening to your users, why are there so many bots in the game? Why are so many accounts being hacked? You aren't pushing the developers & your anti-cheat company hard enough to stop these pratices. You were given solutions for these problems but fail to pubicaly act on it. Your pushing fo the game to be fully released without addressing problem areas. Mon Mar 03 2008 2:26AM
