Finalists for PvP: EVE Online and World of WarCraft

Amid a swirl of controversy, EVE Online was entered into a run-off and won the 2005 award for Favorite PvP Experience. Now, in 2006, we ask if it still stacks up or if a new experience has swooped in to take charge of this most hardcore of award categories. World of Warcraft's PvP is loved by some and hated by others. Once you get through the queue though, the new Battlegrounds provide some options for players beyond what was initially presented. In a game about loot and gear, PvP pride is something to strive for and it seems like 7-million people are striving. Can they out vote EVE?
