While 2006 may have been considered by many to be a difficult year in terms of MMO releases, it seems as though it hasn’t dampened our members’ spirits when it comes to looking forward to 2007.

EA Mythic’s Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning walks away with their first Reader’s Choice award for your Most Anticipated Game. Chalking up 27.3% of the vote, they were able to overcome such heavy-hitters as: Vanguard: Saga of Heroes (22.8%), Star Trek Online (15.5%), Age of Conan (14.2%), Pirates of the Burning Sea (10.5%) and Lord of the Rings Online (9.7%).

With all but one of the nominees representing existing IPs, Warhammer comes out as the one that our members are most looking forward to as we all change our calendars over to the New Year.
