Shards Online is preparing for its Steam Early Access launch in the next few months. In order to provide the best experience for all players, current alpha data will be wiped ahead of launch. However, those who support the game prior to Steam EA will have a week's head start to get going.
Devs also let players know that the official game client NDA has been lifted. This means that screenshots, videos and livestreaming can take place. The experimental client, however, remains under NDA.
