  • Ok a black ops IS a battleship so wanting it to not have bs skills is stupid, also the abilities that ship has I'm happy you need a crap load of skills to use it.   I mean a ship that can use gates, use jump drive, USE A JUMP PORTAL GENERATOR for cov ops. PLUS can use covert cyno gens for other black ops. and have it's cloaking ability and everything else...........DAMN rights it's gonna need a shit load of skills and you'd have to be able to master a battleship if you wanna use one.......Otherwise you'd be wasting your cash spending as much on it as you would a cap ship cause you don't know what you're doing....

  • New server = retarded........The way I'm seeing it, it's like you want a second earth to be made because there's bigger and better people than you out there........Boo fucking hoo you little whiner..............Next Eve is an alternate reality.  How so is simple, you work for a corporation which assigns you a job, you do that job you get paid by killing rats, mining, doing pvp ops or w/e...............Secondly Dr.Cayamus has 100 million skill points, a crappy fitted battleship could kill him why you ask...because he is specalized in industrial and science.....The breakdown for you noobs and boobs is he can build basically any ship, research and develop any item build outposts, Mine VERY VERY well, refine ore, and do basically w/e he wants.......He undocks into low sec and bang he's dead because he's got no good combat skills, why because he hasn't trained any good spaceship command skills, the best thing he can fly is a crappy tech 1 battleship which is pointless.

    I got 12 million sp and soon can fly a capital ship carrier, I'm not spec'd in some areas but I can tell you that um even though I took a 7 month break I can still kickass I can fit my ships ok even though if I could use Tech 2 fittings it would be a shitload better but that's my fault for not training for them.........Although right now I'm a public relations advisor for my corp, and am in the process of dealing with alliance affairs and also I'm going to be setting up some player owned stations to do some manufacturing and moon mining................What I just told you was like 0.5% of the game and it all sounds pretty sweet to me.   This is what happends when you knock down a game before learning about it and applying yourself and not expecting results within the first couple months......I bought a second character and now I'm training him properly he's got 1.5 million sp and totally kicked my ass in pvp, he can fully tech 2 fit his frigate and eat everything in his path smaller than a battlecruiser...............So you guys stop bitching and learn before you start crying..

  • wow some people are really freaking stuipid,  Wallpaper world? how the hell do you figure?.....eve is seemless and as big as it actually says, trillians upon trillians and even more trillans of kilometers or miles w/e you wanna convert to just for 1 solarsystem.  sure the background doesn't change much but have you ever tried the premium content with the features turned on, those gas clouds and such are real in the background.......................ANYWAY I've been playing eve for about a year, I love it and yes there's several days where I sit in the station talking to corp members while my skills train, it's a game of patience not immediate results..........Also while I sit in station I plan my attack and strategy with building stations and deciding which system I wanna conquer next.......THAN there's the test server where everything is free and you get unlimited isk, training time is the same but having free +5 attribute boosters really speeds things up.............So before you knock the game play it for a full year without taking a break, it's about $100 but hey what game now a days isn't that expensive........................Tell me what you think when you actually PLAY the game not put your toes in the water and run away like a little kid because it's not the perfect temperature...............You guys need to grow up and get with the program, this is one of the big reasons why eve's average player age is 27 and not 12, AKA wow, eudemons, conquer, flyff, zero online, maple story, etc etc...

  • Um got all my main learning to level 4 and my secondary to level 4...............so my skills won't go much higher, if I woulda sacrificed my charisma when I created the character my other skills woulda been quite a bit higher. but oh well.
