This is messed up. The company should restore items and characters if it's their system error. They don't know "time is money"?
It happened to one of my friend as well. She emailed them 3 mails in a week, no reply. Then they finally restored her characters, but without any items. This is totally BS. Today they can ignore all the players incident due to their own fault, I don't think they will provide any help to their players in the future.
I will not play a game which is run by some company who doesn't care about their own players.
hackers and bots are all MMORPG's life time enemies. They are like cockroaches, GMs banned them, they will be back with a new account. I quit playing Cabal because of this, TOO-TOO many hackers and bots.
They are going to open an Asian server? Or it's already launched?
