Give it a pass. That is not much machine for the money.
The Dell website offers refurbished machines with much better choices. (personally I wouldn't buy a Dell)
You could build your own and it would be much more machine for the same money.

The OP should take a class on how to operate a computer 100. Most of the problems they had were easy to work around.
The other items they talk about were covered in the forums by the Devs. None of this is new.
Great game. If you like Conan you will probably like the game.
If you know how to use your computer you can adjust it to work without a hitch.
Please make sure you have the minimum requirements before you buy the game. Below these minimums the game doesn't work.
