- Is warhammer a "sandbox" ?
Rofl no. Anything with levels is not sandbox.
The only sandbox game atm is Eve Online but it´s a game that´s definetly not for players with a short attention span. It´s hard to get into.
The only sandbox game close to releasing would be Darkfall Online

You are right OP, becase Darkfall will being the new era of MMORPG's this year. If not Darkfall, Mortal Online will next year.
As for AoC and WAR, don't make me lol. They are nothing more then WoW clones.
