    There wont be a public beta because the game is almost perfect

    Keys features of the game

    Numbers and underscore are allowed in your name
    World is 2x bigger than dark and light
    Full loot and ffa PvP
    500 vs 500 battles
    You can siege a city 
    Theres no levels or grind
    Raids better than World of Warcraft
    Naval combat better than Pirate of the Burning Sea
    Better graphics than Age of Conan
    Better pvp than Warhammer
    
    

    Unlimited freedom, you can do almost everything you want in the game.

    Thasos said they will release a video of the game maybe this year. 

    I'm not a hater but it all seems BS. How you gonna release a game that allows 500x500 battles without having never tested the servers in a beta, closed or open??

    Better raids, better graphics, better pvp - it's your opinion. You seem like a desperate investor in the game trying to lure kids to your "wonderful" game.

    Anyway, I'll wait and see - after six months, if ppl talk good about it, I'm gonna try the trial.

    Runescape has a LOT of subscribers, huh? Even more than FFXI... but it must be due to the research having been done only in the US. LotRO is really something, huh? But I'm impressed - and honored - that my dear CoH appears as the 5th! Way to go, devs!

• • To All new players and players thinking about joining SWG

  • If you're a fan of SW, do try it (take the trial, naturally).

    If you're not a fan of SW, go play something else (probably WoW, as the game was modififed to resemble WoW in almost every aspect). It's not that it was made (or modified) to appeal to SW fans - it's only that a SW fan could withstand all it's bugs, broken systems and repetitive grind. And not all fans continued playing it.

  • Alright, guys, thanks for the help!

    I made a human paladin and am having fun - not as much as with the Draenei paladin but better than the troll rogue when compared to the blood elf rogue. So I might stick (mostly) with the Alliance and keep saving for the BC in the future.
