Its interesting that said individual would intrust insider information to someone who lacks basic grammer skills, and the basic ability to use the keyboard.
here's the thing PSU has been a small site for a few years now and they have had more then a few invalid stories reguarding MGS4. Some of the stories they have published have been similar to this saying that they know somebody, but i would discredit almost 100% of the whole "we know this insider information" stories from that site. Besides what are the chances of an exemploye of bioware saying to himself " hey why dont i share this insider information i have with this crappy little website. Because I think if they wanted to be spiteful as the article discribes they'd want to give the information to a site like gameinformer, or gamespot.

If vanguard wants to well...... not die then it needs to evolve. The first thing I would do would be to restructure player housing by putting in a larger variety of buildings then I change the plot system as to allow players to create cities. Next I would implement better pvp, so as to incourage more fighing. Finally I would restructure economy by taking out all droppables and making it a 100 player stimulated economy. Finally i would relaunch it with new features and new servers as to incourage new players to join.
As a programmer who has written tons of applications, I know for a fact they still have the old source code. You dont just delete tens of thousands of dollars of work because you think you'll never need them again. One of the emu projects (which will remain unnamed) has looked into it and reverse engineering the new nge packets and can see that they contain alot of the old data. This paired with the fact that much of the old data is needed to reference in the fixing of bugs and improvement of the game they definatly have it lying around some where. Also between patches they have seen packet data change to similar formats of the old data and this proves that they still have it.
