Im curious what type of computers the OP low/mid machines are. The brand type, dell compaq etc.
Im running a dell, 512mb ram, 2.8ghz, ATI radeon x1050 128mb video card.
I ran the tutorial fairly well, well enough to run 3 diffrent classes threw it. Playing in the pvp matches was a little diffrent but I didn't even expect to run the game period.
Im just curious why my crap rig will run it fairly smooth with graphics on low. When people with 2x better computer then I are having problems with it.
All the naysayers can keep on naysaying because funcom did one hell of a job with age of conan. Honestly they did such a good job I dont think I will ever be able to play a Point and click mmorpg the same way ever again.
I cant agree more with the OP. All I can say about this game is WOW ITS THE BOMB. I was really excited to find out my 512mb ram, 128mb video card could run this game! Not at top notch graphics but even with the graphics toned down as low as they will go I still am amazed at the beautiful world hyboria holds.
Funcom is definatly getting a pre-order special edition from me!
