Anyone who played long enough can see how Blizzard just ran out of stuff to make wow interesting .. the only way they could do that is bring back world pvp somehow but they went the exact opossite way
ye back in the days AV matches took hours - a full day.. it could easily start in the morning and end in the evening

I have played Vanguard from its release and I have heard all kinds of reasons why people leave. Leaving for AoC or EVE, getting bored, too many bugs, too low population, busy in reallife, starting egoshooters instead, ... but not ONE of them left to play WoW.
don't be naive...it's obvious they reactivated their wow account after they told you that.
