    • How to make WoW a real game.
    • Another idea would be to have characters who die in PvP to generate loot, in the same way that creatures drop loot in PvE. I could see this being done in  the exact same way as PvE to. For instance you kill a PvP character and he drops a randomly generated piece of loot, the quality of this loot would be generated based on the characters level. So at the end the dead character does not lose any of his hard earned items, but you still get something out of it.

Plus if you think about it.... say someone dies 5-6 times all of a sudden that person has no armor, and if you look at the stats at the end of a battlefield session there is always someone who dies 4-7 times. Making the game so that they lost the armor that they had to invest time into in order to get would just suck. Perhaps instead of losing their armor they would just suffer damage to their armor. After all if an orc just ripped your bleeding heart out, you would have a pretty sizeable hole in your chainmail shirt (and chest).

    • Namelessbob is right though... there should be some type of punishment and reward system. It would mean that people have a reason to listen to battle plans and to actually use some caution when PVPing (or playing in general...stupid nubs...), since most players just rush the nearest enemy (and ussually get raped in the process)... However giving a player a piece of another players armor is too harsh. You have to remember that Blizzard has to make a game that is enjoyable  to everyone (to a degree), and making it so that a player loses a piece of loot that they spent could have spent hours serching for would just piss more people off than it would make content.
