unfortunatly there will always be gold diggers in all mmo games to find ways to exploit the game to earn some bucks on selling stuff. Have never understood those people that actually pays real money to buy stuff just to jump quickly to the end of the game and then get bored... really really puzzlibg.. but then again some people are just loaded with money others are just not interested in investing time to find their own stuff so they buy it.
I agree it is very annoying to see the constant spamming in the chat window about people selling stuff. Should be a filter to lock out certain people from the local so their posting goes invisible forever.
Then again I never use local chat so much usally speak with people through other means so not really a big issue for me since I'm pretty much used to this shit.. however I hope for the future there will be some clever thing done to stop it for those who actually need to local chat for help etc...
funny topic but as for having a limit for zones is totally ok don't see the big issue about it really... they did it in several mmo's you jut ended up in a cloned if you will zone with less population so you actually can play the game.. or do the topic starter hope to be stuck with tons of people for the same few monster waiting for hours to actually get anywhere?? sounds rather silly to dish a game because they're trying to solve a problem which will occour and piss more people off than anything else.
this sounds exciting I'm really looking forward to see the game in the shelves. ![]()
doubtfully that WAR has beaten AOC because it's 2 totally different settings and game types. Those who digs Conan will jump on it and vica versa.. I never jugde a game before I tried it myself. :)

worst pvp must be EVE so far... :) best hmm hard to say pretty many to choose from.... no favourite yet.. still working on that part.. :)
erm lol eve is only pvp, its just not instant gratification pvp, what is ur best pvp mmo then (carebear shit where u cant loot ur enemy doesnt count btw)
lol I mean if EVE was strictly pvp it would be built up the same as Darkspace which is far superiour when it comes to pvp. No without PVE EVE is defently nothing uber rats to hunt and kill and get money... not much money in PVP. So please don't lecture me what EVE is I've been playing it for a while. It looks nice but the PVP part is far from fun. Pity that Darkspace doesn't have a sequel so it could be beefed up a bit but then again as far for the best PVP games are those you can jump right into action and have fun... EVE is not fun it takes too long time to get a PVP battle going unless you go shooting on everyone. :)
So 1st person games with good pvp side are defently good pvp games, especially shooters they are quick fun.
So in short to your comment it isn't looting which makes a PVP game fun, it's the action and aderaline and things have to move quickly not as in EVE wait wait wait wait wait a battle weeeee... oh it's over it took a few seconds either the bear run away or the battle last for whooping 2mins... wait wait wait..... way too slow.. a good pvp game need to have constant action when you want it and both sides are equally match in numberd at least, so skill based pvp like shooters are much better than using macroes to do everything for you. But EVE looks nice is the only good thing with that game really. Not for the causal pvp'er who don't wanrt to sit by a gate or roam in a fleet for hours without action at all. Hunting rats in the belts are really fun it's like looking paint dry. ![]()
So if you look for quick action EVE is not the game for you.
Again for specific ones I like WW2 so BF , Call of Duty is very fun. However they don't have like billions of players but far more action than those with billions of players. ![]()
Hoping for a good space shooter like Elite style.. Where you actually get to sit in the spaceship and show your skills.
Which IP would you like to see become Bioware's new MMO?
