  • I agree there was far to much brown in the original base game,but they seem to thankfully have locked that colour away in the following xpacs.

    Either you play or you don't, end of story. Graphics aren't everything.

    Sadly they are to some people Flem..not to me but OMG you'd get linched nowadays if you pushed out a grappy looking game,its really that simple.

     

    WOW does what WOW does..and does it damn well,i dont like the game but i gave it s shot not my cup of tea but i can see why so many people play it.

     

    The big difference in regards to both games is also simple,EQ2 was broken when it launched and has been playing catchup ever since..WOW was polished as it could be when it went live,just to think what SOE could have done to EQ2 by giving it another 6 months or so dev time,it could have been a different story sub number-wise.

    Yeah, EQ2 is 14 days older...

    EDIT: sorry, it's 15 days. Both are November 2004. EQ2: 8th, WoW: 23rd.

    LOL i thought the 2 games were more or less the same age
