    Because for the most part it is fun to play.  But it is lacking things that will keep me playing and I listed them.  I can live with bugs and glitches...I played Vanguard for overa year...I think I am qualified to make such a comment.   Funcom needs to add the end-game, the need sieges to work and work right.  The game needs a PvP system that works.  

    Need more armor options - a lot more!  I will always quit a game if they do not make them available.  I want my character to look unique.   Want to see unique.

    

    My huntress and her pet in WoW.   She is dressed all in white and silver.   Her pet is white.    I seriously doubt you see many characters in WoW that look like mine does.  That is unique.

    In AoC my ranger looks the same as every other ranger, as does my PoM.  In fact my PoM and Ranger pretty much look identical because the share the same armor graphics.   That is just sad.

    I know for guys it is no biggy.   I am not a guy.  I like to dress up.  I like my characters to dress up.   Think of it as virtual Barbie.   KK  ^_^  

    
     

    I could not agree more. Its one of my no.1 gripes about AoC, the sackcloth through ALL classes and levels. Abysmal. I really dont need WOW-ish colours, but *something* more than this to enjoy and know what I accomplished on my daily/weekly/monthly sessions, because I can SEE it.

     

    eh... o look, two people wearing their tier 4 pvp gear, o they look the same... u can get whatever pretty gear u want but for the most part itll have horrible stats and in WoW since thats the most important part of the game... yea....

    If ur goal is to have the best gear etc etc in wow u will look the same as the next guy, except for differences in races of course..

    No, no, that was bound to happen in time.

     

    People are just becoming disensitized to games like MMOs, which is why people so easily leveling up and such.

    The quicker people are at finishing other games and the quicker peopel get tired of games, the quicker people lose patience with waiting for new games to come out.

     

    Blizzard just made their MMO. They had nothing to do with the current MMO player community turning into a bunch of babies.

     

    
     

    Actually Blizzard put out a fun and polished game.   Unlike Vanguard, and now Age of Conan.   Funcom promised so much and like Vanguard did not deliver.   Age of Conan maybe someday a great game.  As it is now it is only half a game.   It needs fixed and polished.    Blizzards game runs well, has very few bugs, and it is a polished product and you know what - it is fun to play.

     

    i do agree w/ ur OP, tho im not gonna cancel, i have patience. Yes wow is polished etc etc, but it wasnt when it came out and at least for those who rolled on the original servers, had to put up with a lot of BS for a loooong time, i for one was on arthas, and it was one of the last to receive its hardware upgrade, so for god knows how long it was down more than it was up. 3+ years later, WoW has barely any problems, AoC has awhile before it reaches its 3+ year mark. They did talk a lot and didnt back it up w/ their released product, but its the same for most games upon release, shrug, shit happens, have patience or dont....

  • they are annoying in pvp, mez shot and root trap, so if they are about to die they can just run away.. frustrating.. cant wait for snare attack

    reqiuem is a horribly boring grindfest like all the other f2p korean mmos

  • dual core 2.4, 2gig ram radeon 3870 and on medium settings w/ max AA i get 30-64 and it runs very smooth, a few crashes but its the beta client so yea.. thats expected.
